Susan was instrumental in starting the American Heart Association's greeting card campaign. Nine years of her donated illustrations of the Pittsburgh skyline helped raise over $330.00.00 for the local AHA Chapter.

In 2001, Susan's illustrated cards depicting the Statue of Liberty and Old Glory were donated to the NYC Police and Firefighters in the aftermath of 9-11 and were hand delivered to Mayor Rudolph Giuliani.

In the fall of 2004, Susan released her first piece commissioned by the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Allegheny County Courthouse. Prints of the limited edition offering are still available. The spring 2005 release of the City County Building will be followed by illustrations of the Federal Courthouse and the Old Jail. The release of each original will be followed by 350 signed prints. The original illustrations can be viewed at the ACBA headquarters.

Susan's illustrations are done by hand with pen and ink on an acid free board. No computer is used in the creation of the original art work. Customized framing by Susan is also available.

Susan is available for phone consultations at 412-833-7556.
